St Ives Corn Exchange Community Interest Company is a Arts, Community and Entertainment centrepiece within St Ives Cambridgeshire.

The facilities include The Charter Hall, Riverport Café Bar, Tony Burgess Room and The Flexi Rooms which are hireable spaces. We are home to the Riverport Café where we are a hub for members of the community and businesses. We are home to Screen St Ives an independent cinema and various community groups and clubs.

We run a flourishing events programme, which allow members of the community to access events, entertainment and cultural experiences that they may not otherwise access. The community is at the heart of what we do, encouraging ‘local people’ to be involved.

Arkenstall Village Centre

The Arkenstall Village Centre is a charity run by a Management Committee of Trustees for the benefit of the local community. Its aim is to provide high-standard facilities for local groups to meet in and to act as a focus for the village’s many social and recreational activities.

The Arkenstall Village Centre (charity number 300394) is located in Station Road in the heart of Haddenham, near Ely. Easily accessible from Cambridge (14 miles) and close to the A10, transport links are excellent.

There are three rooms including a main hall with a large stage and fully equipped kitchen available for hire to both local hirers and those from further afield. The Arkenstall Village Centre provides facilities for community groups, activities (art, dance and fitness classes), meetings, exhibitions, weddings and private parties.

Bar Hill Church

Bar Hill Church consists of a large Worship Hall, with plenty of light with a small kitchenette to make hot drinks whilst next door is a separate building called ‘The Octagon’ which has one large octagonal shaped room with a kitchen large enough for food preparation with an oven, fridge and hot water dispenser. There is also a smaller meeting room with a bar area for making and serving hot drinks. All spaces are easily accessible and both buildings have accessible toilets.

Folksworth, Washingley & Morborne Village Hall

Folksworth, Washingley and Morborne Hall provides a facility for residents and local groups. We are competitively priced and only a 3-minute drive from Junction 16 of the A1(M).

The hall consists of a hall and a community room which are designed to be able to used at the same time by different user groups. The community room has a separate kitchenette to the Main Hall’s large kitchen which has full cooking facilities including a range cooker.The hall has a large number of regular user groups as well as being used for one off events like birthday parties.

Arbury Community Centre

The Arbury Community Centre consists of three spaces. The large hall is 12 x 16 metres – maximum height 12ft – and can hold 140 tables and 120 chairs – there is also a kitchen which can be hired with the hall. The small hall is 8.7m by 8.4m – and can hold 18 tables and 50 chairs – this hall also has an adjoining kitchen for hire. There is also a meeting room measuring 15ft x 18ft – this will hold 8 tables and 25 chairs. We also have a Tavern Bar which can be hired for parties /weddings etc.

There is a cafe in the foyer which is open 9am until 2pm during school term time.

Longstowe Village Hall

A wood framed building by the local cricket pitch and playground. Large car park. Main room with chairs and canteen style tables. Two meeting rooms double as changing rooms during the cricket season. St Philip’s Church Centre

St Philip’s Church offers 9 different spaces to hire, suitable for a wide range of activities from large performances to small meetings, from classroom sessions to games and fitness groups. The 100 year old building was extensively renovated in 2012 and is fully wheelchair accessible with light, bright rooms. The Church is located on Mill Road in Cambridge and is 15 minute walk to the train station. There is a bus stop opposite, cycle racks and 4 parking spaces, with further free parking on the street.

Upton Village Hall

Upton Village Hall is of a modern design with excellent kitchen facilities with all crockery, glasses and cutlery available to hirers. There are sufficient tables and chairs to seat up to 60 persons comfortably for lunches etc. We offer competitive rates of hire and are able to do this by requesting users tidy up after use and take away all their rubbish.
