The Ellesmere Centre is a sports, leisure and community Centre serving the six surrounding villages.We aim to provide an affordable venue offering a warm and welcoming space for parties, weddings and wakes. We also offer facilities for tennis, football, squash, badminton, carpet bowls, table tennis and more.There is a small gym which is available for hire upstairs. We have classes which cater for all ages with Pilates, Yoga, Fitsteps, Judo, Kickboxing, Little Kickers, Irish Dancing, Ballet and toddlers music to name a few. We also hold lunches for the over 80’s each month. There is a small shop run by volunteers and a beauty salon in the building. Hopefully we provide something for everyone.

The Centre is home to a sports hall, a squash court, two tennis courts and has an astroturf 5-a-side facility.

Whaddon Village Hall

Whaddon’s Village Hall was actually built in the 19th century as the Village School, and became the Village Hall after the school closed in the 1960s. At that time a modern extension was added to the rear of the building. It was refurbished completely in 2013-2014. The hall and recreation ground is owned by the Parish Council and managed by a Trust on behalf of the village.

Folksworth, Washingley & Morborne Village Hall

Folksworth, Washingley and Morborne Hall provides a facility for residents and local groups. We are competitively priced and only a 3-minute drive from Junction 16 of the A1(M).

The hall consists of a hall and a community room which are designed to be able to used at the same time by different user groups. The community room has a separate kitchenette to the Main Hall’s large kitchen which has full cooking facilities including a range cooker.The hall has a large number of regular user groups as well as being used for one off events like birthday parties.

Leverington Village Hall

Leverington Village Hall is a venue for hire by the hour suitable for children’s parties, celebrations and family events. We also encourage regular bookings for clubs and meetings.

The hall was refurbished during the Covid lockdown, providing warm and comfortable space for up to 90 people. It is fully-equipped with a domestic style kitchen and unisex toilet facilities including disabled and baby change. The hall is fully accessible for all abilities. Included in the hire fee are tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery, in fact everything you need for a successful event.

The Village Hall in Newton-in-the-Isle is an ideal venue for almost every kind of gathering, including children’s parties, company presentations, club meetings, society lectures and fund raising events – all at an affordable price.

From the car park in Church Lane, steps or a gentle ramp lead into the entrance foyer and the main hall space, off which is a serving area and fully-equipped kitchen.

If you are planning a celebration party, children’s party, quiz night, sports session, club event, business meeting, seminar or wedding reception, why not consider hiring Needingworth Village Hall?

Our Main Hall comfortably accommodates 150 people, with staging to suit all occasions, speakers, tables and chairs.

Our Pavilion is ideal for slightly smaller groups of 30-40 people and has an overhead projector and screen, tables and chairs.

A kitchen is available for both the Pavilion and Main Hall and a bar is available for functions if required, further details on request.

We provide a free of charge Wi-Fi connection for users of the Village Hall.

There is ample space for parking next to the Village Hall.

Guilden Morden Village Hall is operated as a charity to provide “a meeting place for village activities”. These include community activities such as parish meetings, WI, pilates, yoga, bingo.
