– Main Hall: Measuring 17x9m, our main hall can accommodate 80-100 people seated or 200 standing and opens onto a beautiful garden that accommodates 50 people. It includes tables and chairs, a high-quality audio system with microphones, a projector, and disco lights—everything you need to make your event a success.
– Meeting Room: A separate 4.5×4.5m meeting room is perfect for smaller gatherings, accommodating up to 16 people seated or 20 standing & includes tables and chairs.
– Additional Spaces: We also offer a spacious foyer area (accommodates 60 people), commercial kitchen facilities, and a beautiful garden (accommodates 50 people).

Burrough Green Reading Room has a fully equipped kitchen with enough crockery and cutlery for 70 people,plus lots of other accessories, free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, seating for up to 70 people with 10 round tables and comfortable chairs, 2 x 3 seater sofas and other tables if needed.

Queen Adelaide Village Hall

Queen Adelaide Village Hall was built in the 1920’s and is situated in the village centre. Having undergone some restoration and updating, it is comprised of the main hall with air conditioning, bar, a well equipped kitchen, toilets for male, female and easy access with baby changing facilities. There is a small stage and media screen. Access is by a walkway from the pavement and is all on one level. Limited roadside parking is available. Ploughman Hall

The Ploughman Hall in Willingham is a large hall suitable for a range of activities. If you are looking for a venue for your Wedding Reception, Children’s Party, Organisation meeting or somewhere for your sport/fitness group to meet then the Ploughman Hall can offer a choice of facilities. There is a large main hall area with portable stage for parties and sport functions as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The hall has some green space round the edge of the hall which is available for use by hirers. The Hall is situated next to the QEII field which hosts our children’s playground and play area.

Tower Hall

Tower Hall is available to hire. The main hall has seated capacity of 130 and the smaller lounge a seated capacity 40. The venue is licensed and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is parking at the front and rear of the venue, with disabled parking close to the front ramped entrance. There are also accessible toilets.

Witcham Village Hall

Witcham is a small rural village situated 5 miles form the historic town of Ely, accessible on the A142. The village hall is sited in the middle of the village, next to the recreation field and children’s play area. The hall was built in 1967 and a major refurbishment was completed in 2017 bringing all facilities up-to-date. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge and freezer as well as crockery, glasses and cutlery. A bar is available on request with hire. There is ample parking space and disabled access.

Guilden Morden Village Hall is operated as a charity to provide “a meeting place for village activities”. These include community activities such as parish meetings, WI, pilates, yoga, bingo. As well as having kitchen/refreshment and changing/shower facilities for village sports clubs it is also used for fund-raising activities by village organisations and private functions.

Ross Street Community Centre

Ross Street Community Centre is based in the heart of the Romsey Area, located just off Mill Road which is a bustling, multi-cultured high street, bursting at the seams with authentic cuisines from all over the world, charity shops you can find almost anything in, and a coffee shop every 5 yards!

Our centre is able to offer a small car park available to our users of the centre, for no charge…that’s right! Free parking in Cambridge!

We also have designated disabled parking, Disabled access into the building with automatic doors and an easy access toilet.

Ross Street is managed by The Romsey Mill Trust on behalf of Cambridge City Council. The Romsey Mill Trust is a charity that works closely with families, and young people in Cambridge. They provide essential support and programmes for young parents/parents-to-be, children who have been diagnosed with autism, young people overcoming challenges in their lives, as well as other support. Money raised through our room hire at Ross Street Community Centre directly helps us to continue the outstanding work we currently deliver throughout Cambridgeshire.
