										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Opened in August 2020, Duxford Community Centre is an exceptional, fully accessible, multi-functional local venue catering for a range of community groups, events and functions. We are situated ony 5 minutes from J10 of the M11. Our building is next to the excellent Duxford village children&#8217;s playground, which can be seen from our cafe.</p>
<p>Our facilities, available for one off or regular bookings, offer a large hall with the capacity to seat 150, a smaller hall to seat 65, and a meeting room for up to 20. The two halls can combine to make one large area. We also have space in our foyer for hiring up to 3 tables for sale of goods, such as craft items.</p>
<p>We have large 10 seater tables for big events, such as weddings, and smaller tables for other events. We have a demountable stage and in the large hall have gantry mounted stage lighting. A community kitchen supports our rooms for hire for any small scale self-catering and there is a great cafe on site, Café 19, run as a separate business, that can handle any catering from meetings to weddings and wakes. We have an arrangement with a local publican who runs any staffed bar as required, but we are also fully licenced for self-catered bars.</p>
<p>We also have excellent sports changing facilities, including a referee’s room that doubles as a treatment room.</p>
<p>Both our meeting room and small hall have excellent plug in and play audio visual screens, and we have a projector and screen for our large hall.</p>

The Hall is available for use by all for clubs, crafting, parties, meetings etc. The Hall is an ideal venue for children’s or family parties as well as meetings, receptions etc. It is in a very quiet location. There is a children’s play area to the rear of the Village Hall, with play equipment for various age groups, as well as a general grassed area for use for sports, barbecues etc. There is a small car park to the front of the hall.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Cade Pavilion&nbsp;is the community building of the picturesque Cambridgeshire&nbsp;village of Eltisley.&nbsp;&nbsp;Eltisley can be found off the A428 midway between St Neots and Cambridge.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The building is ran by an enthusiastic committee and volunteers made up of Eltisley villagers and is&nbsp;available for hire to non-members with&nbsp;reduced rates available for&nbsp;members.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Cade sits upon the edge of the Village Green with a small&nbsp;community park besides the building. (Both the Village Green and&nbsp; community park are managed by the Parish Council rather than the Cade committee however there are close links between the 2 organisations.)</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Cade has a licensed bar &amp;&nbsp;good catering kitchen available within the hire fees as well as good disabled access and a&nbsp;disabled toilet.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Other facilities included in the fee; pool table, dartboard, projector &amp; large screen, freeview TV and karaoke machine &amp; a number of karaoke DVDs.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Built in the mid 1990s, Kirtling Village Hall is a well equipped modern facility with entrance hall, main hall, meeting room and well-equipped kitchen with two ovens and kettles. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery which is included in the hire price as is the use of chairs and tables to seat upto 125 in the hall and 2-14 in the meeting room. There is a well lit car park with disabled parking places, all of which are on a level site in front of the hall. The hall has French doors leading out to a terrace and field which is ideal for dog training groups, childrens parties and informal bbqs.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Buckden Village Hall offers a main hall with stage and wooden floor which is perfect for weddings, parties, dances, theatre, sports classes, dog training, pantomime and larger meetings. The high ceilings and windows add an airy feeling, and a marquee can be hung for weddings and special events (please see our website for photos of events). The main hall also has a licensed bar facility (via the Village Club) and fully equipped kitchen.</p>
<p>There are three additional function rooms of various sizes that can be booked individually or as part of a package hire (with or without the main hall) to offer maximum flexibility. Each room has access to its own set of toilets and separate entrances if required. The largest meeting room has direct access to the fully equipped kitchen; other meeting rooms are supplied with urns and cups. The two largest meeting rooms are equipped with a rolldown screen for projection (projector can be hired for a small fee). There is a large stage and backstage area. Stage lighting can be hung from the rafters.</p>
<p>We have an experienced staff of three who can help with all your hire needs. We regularly host corporate training bookings, exercise classes, dog training, NHS clinic and blood bank, parish council meetings and theatre productions as well as celebrations such as weddings, wakes, children&#8217;s parties and birthday dances.  Our Google ratings are consistently ranked 4.7/5.0.</p>
<p>The Village Hall is set in 11 acres of open green space with playing fields, nature walks, children&#8217;s playground open to the public. A members&#8217; club for tennis, bowls, cricket and football is on site with use of a fully equipped sports pavilion with kitchen and showers.  </p>
<p>The Hall is readily accessible, right off the A1 motorway between Huntingdon and St Neots, 3 miles south of the A14 junction.</p>

Chairs, tables, cutlery crockery and glasses are available for use at no extra charge. There is also a self-assembly stage available for use. Hirers should be aware that some facilities such as kitchen and toilet areas may occasionally need to be shared with other users.</p>
<p>With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the building.</p>
