Whittlesford Memorial Hall

Whittlesford Memorial Hall has two main rooms, one larger than the other, both served by a kitchen hatch between the rooms, which makes life easier for catering arrangements. There is also a stage useful for theatre productions. There is under floor heating in the main hall and air conditioning in the Millennium Room.

We cater for all kinds of events and would be delighted to show you around our Memorial Hall.

Fulbourn Centre

The Fulbourn Centre is situated in Home End, on the Recreation Ground, and has plenty of parking, making it an ideal facility for clubs and groups as well as family parties and weddings.

Facilities include three additional meeting rooms, a large sports hall and the Fulbourn Institute Sports and Social Club is housed within, with a fully licensed bar and catering facilities. Both the Townley Memorial Hall and the Meeting Room have audio-visual equipment which can be hired for a small additional charge.

We have plenty of chairs and tables that are stored on trolleys which can be moved into the meeting rooms to unload/reload. We also have a shared kitchen facility which includes fridges, microwave, dishwasher, kettles, a mains connected hot water urn, and two sinks, with plenty of surface space.

The sports hall can be used for variety of sports which include Table Tennis, Badminton, Bounce, Dance and Gymnastics. It also has a viewing gallery which overlooks the hall below.

Ellesmere Centre

The Ellesmere Centre is a sports, leisure and community Centre serving the six surrounding villages.We aim to provide an affordable venue offering a warm and welcoming space for parties, weddings and wakes. We also offer facilities for tennis, football, squash, badminton, carpet bowls, table tennis and more.There is a small gym which is available for hire upstairs. We have classes which cater for all ages with Pilates, Yoga, Fitsteps, Judo, Kickboxing, Little Kickers, Irish Dancing, Ballet and toddlers music to name a few. We also hold lunches for the over 80’s each month.There is a small shop run by volunteers, a Post Office and a beauty salon in the building. Hopefully we provide something for everyone.

The Centre is home to a sports hall, a squash court, two tennis courts and has an astroturf 5-a-side facility.

Queen Adelaide Village Hall

Queen Adelaide Village Hall was built in the 1920’s and is situated in the village centre. Having undergone some restoration and updating, it is comprised of the main hall with air conditioning, bar, a well equipped kitchen, toilets for male, female and easy access with baby changing facilities. There is a small stage and media screen. Access is by a walkway from the pavement and is all on one level. Limited roadside parking is available. Arkenstall Village Centre

The Arkenstall Village Centre is a charity run by a Management Committee of Trustees for the benefit of the local community. Its aim is to provide high-standard facilities for local groups to meet in and to act as a focus for the village’s many social and recreational activities.

The Arkenstall Village Centre (charity number 300394) is located in Station Road in the heart of Haddenham, near Ely. Easily accessible from Cambridge (14 miles) and close to the A10, transport links are excellent.

There are three rooms including a main hall with a large stage and fully equipped kitchen available for hire to both local hirers and those from further afield. The Arkenstall Village Centre provides facilities for community groups, activities (art, dance and fitness classes), meetings, exhibitions, weddings and private parties.

Offord Village Hall

Offord Village Hall is a popular venue serving the residents and neighbourhood of Offord Cluny and Offord Darcy and surrounding areas. The two villages lie close to the river Great Ouse in Cambridgeshire, between Huntingdon and St Neots.

The hall hosts a wide range of local groups and clubs as well as providing facilities for private parties and functions.

Bury Village Hall

Bury Village Hall is an important community centre in the heart of the village. The hall was built in 1996 to serve the residents of Bury.

The hall is a comfortable, centrally heated, well equipped venue which can accommodate up to 150 people at one time. The hall has a kitchen, enclosed patio area with canopy and the flooring is wood laminate. We have recently refurbished the toilets and installed a large screen audio-visual system. A bar is available which is run by the local publican. We also have a PRS/PPL licence for music.

The annexe, attached to the hall, with its own access includes a separate meeting room. This meeting room seats 10-12 people boardroom style and has an audio-visual system: a white board, display boards and flip chart are available for use.

Bury Village Hall has several regular weekday users, including Beavers & Cubs, carpet bowls, bridge, table tennis clubs, rebound trampoline exercise, yoga and Pilates. It is available for hire for private functions such as celebration parties, quizzes and wedding receptions.

The village of Bury is located between Warboys and the market town of Ramsey on the B1040.

Kirtling and Upend Village Hall

Built in the mid 1990s, Kirtling Village Hall is a well equipped modern facility with entrance hall, main hall, meeting room and well-equipped kitchen with two ovens and kettles. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery which is included in the hire price as is the use of chairs and tables to seat upto 125 in the hall and 2-14 in the meeting room. There is a well lit car park with disabled parking places, all of which are on a level site in front of the hall. The hall has French doors leading out to a terrace and field which is ideal for dog training groups, childrens parties and informal bbqs.
