The facilities include The Charter Hall, Riverport Café Bar, Tony Burgess Room and The Flexi Rooms which are hireable spaces. We are home to the Riverport Café where we are a hub for members of the community and businesses. We are home to Screen St Ives an independent cinema and various community groups and clubs.

We run a flourishing events programme, which allow members of the community to access events, entertainment and cultural experiences that they may not otherwise access. The community is at the heart of what we do, encouraging ‘local people’ to be involved.

We have a variety of spaces to hire that are ideal for parties, weddings, wakes, fitness classes, local community groups and local business, including a self-contained corporate suite perfect for business meetings, conferences and training days. All are fully accessible for those less mobile.

We pride ourselves on our “green” ethos, and the environmentally sustainable building utilises a wide range of green technologies.
